Privacy notice
Short version: this site has no forms, no accounts and no advertising trackers, so it collects nothing about you. This page explains the small print, under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What this site collects
Nothing. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup and no analytics or advertising cookies. Every way of contacting us on this site is a link that opens WhatsApp, your email app, or Instagram.
If you message us
When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we hold whatever you send us, for as long as we reasonably need it to reply and to discuss working together. WhatsApp messages sit in WhatsApp, run by Meta. Email sits with Google Workspace. We never sell, rent or share what you send us for marketing.
Video content
Our portfolio videos are hosted on YouTube and nothing from YouTube loads until you press play. We use the no-cookie embed, so until you choose to watch, no YouTube cookies are set.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email justin@threedigitstudio.com or message us on WhatsApp and we'll handle it.
